TERMS OF SERVICE

- As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my social medias, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios.- I take payment via Cashapp or PayPal only, payment is upfront and I will give you a draft sketch within 48-72 hours of payment for approval- The amount of time it takes for me to finish a commission varies depending on how detailed it is. It will take me anywhere between a week to 1 month to finish your commission depending on how many others I have to complete and how detailed your commission is! I thank you for your patience.- You cannot use my art for NFTs, or AI, and doing so will have you blacklisted.- I have the right to refuse to draw anything that makes me uncomfortable, or anything that I feel is outside of my skill level.- Complex backgrounds are an extra 10$ fee ! I can provide solid color backgrounds and decorative patterns for no extra charge, please make sure to be specific when detailing what you would like for your commission.- You do not receive a print, only the digital file of the artwork.- I WILL NOT SELL NSFW ART TO MINORS OR ANYONE WHO DOES NOT MAKE THEIR AGE KNOWN PUBLICLY- If you need a commission done by a certain date, you will have to pay extra for a priority commission.- So long as you are using the artwork for personal use, like profile pictures on social media, no credit is required, but will always be appreciated!- If you are using my artwork for commercial use, credit is required!
